Warframe: How To Unlock Styanax Prime

With the Jade Shadows: Constellations update, Sirius and Orion weren’t the only new arrivals into Warframe. While Styanax was already part of the roster, his Prime version also dropped today, which is technically a new Warframe itself. As with every Prime element, you can obtain it via Prime Access in the Warframe store. But if you are reading this, it means you have chosen the gameplay path.

To obtain Prime blueprints, you will need to open Relics. Each Relic contains a set of blueprints not only for Styanax but for all Prime Warframes. For Styanax, however, you will need to hunt down the following Relics: Lith S18, Meso Y2, Axi A21, and Neo Y1.

How To Get These Relics?

You can check your Relics panel to identify each blueprint.

There are a couple of ways you can obtain these Relics, which include buying a Relic Pack. You can buy Relic Packs from the Syndicates, the open world factions, and from Teshin for 15 Steel Essence. Opening these Packs will award you with random Relics, including the ones with Styanax blueprints. If you don’t have any Standing left, it is time to farm! Some of the best spots for farming Relics include:

  • Lith: Hepit, Void. A quick capture mission.
  • Meso: Ukko, Void, a capture mission. And Olympus on Mars as a secondary option.
  • Neo: Ukko, Void, also has chances of dropping Neo Relics. Ur on Uranus, and Xini on Eris are other options.
  • Axi: Apollo, Lua. Rotations B/C. Berehynia, Sedna, an interception mission as a secondary option.

How To Open Relics?

Keep an eye out for Defense missions, so that you can earn some Relics back while hunting.

To open Relics, simply go to the Void Fissures section on the navigation menu. There, you will find rotating missions for each type oRelic. Select your desired category of the Relic you want to open. While on the mission, you will have to collect ten pieces of Reactant from eliminated enemies. When you collect ten Reactants, the Relic will open. Remember, however, that you must finish the mission or round to receive that Prime blueprint officially.
