About

The gaming industry deserves quality journalism written by real humans for those who care about gaming as much as we do, and that’s why we’ve created GameObserver. We’re here to share our passion for gaming through insightful reviews, thoroughly journalistic news pieces, curated feature articles and guides without the clutter.

It’s the mission of all GameObserver staff to create a space that’s uniquely human-only, meaning you will find no content on this website that has been generated with AI. All writers have been required to pledge against the use of generative AI in their writing, so our readers can be assured that the words and images we share are honestly human and have been made with care for the games we cover. The support of our readers is crucial in our mission to make a space within the industry for writing creatives to flourish.

GameObserver was founded in December 2025, with experienced long-term collaborators Bobby Kent and Jess Clayton-Berry in leadership roles. This is a new outlet with an acquired domain, with no connection to any prior versions of this domain or its contents.
