After months of waiting, Rockstar Games has finally revealed the official cover art for Grand Theft Auto 6 and confirmed that pre-orders will begin next week. Players will be able to pre-order GTA 6 starting June 25, while the game itself is scheduled to launch on November 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Rockstar shared the news through its X (formerly Twitter) account, ending weeks of speculation about when pre-orders would go live. This announcement should also ease concerns about another delay, as players will soon be able to reserve their copy of the game.

The newly revealed cover art sticks closely to the classic style that has been a trademark of the series for years. Just like the covers of previous Grand Theft Auto games, it uses a collage of comic-style panels filled with characters, vehicles, weapons, and scenes from the game’s world. Lucia Caminos and Jason Duval, the game’s two main characters, are featured at the center of the cover. Around them are several details that give fans a closer look at Leonida, the Florida-inspired state where the story takes place.
The cover features bright pink, blue, and orange sunset colors, along with muscle cars, a yellow supercar, motorcycles, speedboats, and even a helicopter. It also showcases some of Leonida’s wildlife, including a crocodile and pink flamingos. In addition, several supporting characters appear throughout the artwork, including Boobie Ike and bank robber Raul Bautista, both of whom are expected to play important roles in the story.
Despite all this new information, one major detail is still missing. The company has still not revealed the game’s price. However, pricing information will be available when pre-orders open next week. Once the pricing is revealed, we’ll make sure to let you know here at GameObserver.
