The cozy life simulation game Paralives just announced a new content update at Wholesome Direct, which sees the Sims-like collaborate with puzzle game Unpacking in a new themed patch. The update brings Unpacking-themed items to the world of Paralives, from plushies to posters to new stamp collectibles, there’s even a real-world game bundle on offer from today.
Let’s start with what’s new in Paralives! The collaboration brings 10 collaboration-exclusive items, including the pig plushie featured in Unpacking‘s logo, a tiger plush, a soft frog toy and more cute little decorative items. Then, there are seven new collectible Unpacking stamps to be found on letters in your mailbox, which get added to your collection in just a click.
Finally, a new game bundle has been added to Steam that lists both Paralives and Unpacking together, for one special discounted price. The cozy bundle also allows those that already own one of the games but not the other to pick it up with the discount applied from the bundle.
Paralives has been a big success so far. Dropping on Steam just last week into Early Access, Paralives launched to 250,000 sales on its launch day alone, There are almost 10,000 user reviews on the the gaming platform, with 91% of them being positive and securing the game with a Very Positive Steam rating.
