His words made fans wonder if he is returning as Wesker in a future Resident Evil project. Albert Wesker has had different voice actors over the years, including Richard Waugh and DC Douglas, so Burnatowski has not always been the voice of the character in the series. Still, many fans would welcome his return.

Some believe this could point to a Resident Evil 5 remake, while others think it is more likely connected to a Resident Evil Code: Veronica remake, which has been rumored for a long time. At this point, it is still too early to confirm anything about a Resident Evil 5 remake, however, the idea of a Code: Veronica remake seems more likely, especially since known insiders have been talking about it for months.
