Hogwarts Legacy is currently free on PC right now, and what makes this even more interesting is that this is actually the second time the game has been given away for free. It was previously offered by the Epic Games Store last December, so if you missed it back then, this is your second chance to grab it.
At the moment, Hogwarts Legacy is free to claim on the Epic Games Store until May 3 at 11 AM ET. The price has dropped from $59.99 to completely free. Once you add it to your library during this limited-time offer, it will stay yours permanently.

The offer is available only on PC through the Epic Games Store. To claim it, you just need to log into your Epic Games account, go to the Hogwarts Legacy page, and click “Get” to add it to your library. It’s a simple and quick process, but you need to do it before the offer ends.
Hogwarts Legacy is an open-world action game set in the Harry Potter world, where players can explore Hogwarts and go through their own adventure. The game has been a huge success, selling over 40 million copies, becoming one of the best-selling games of all time, and generating over $1.3 billion in sales revenue.
It’s also worth noting that its sequel is already in development and has been described as a “very big priority” by Warner Bros. Discovery leadership, although a release date has not been announced yet. As more news and rumors come out, we’ll make sure to keep you updated here at GameObserver.
In other news, Epic Games is laying off over 1,000 employees, as CEO Tim Sweeney says the company is spending more than it earns and is also seeing a “downturn in Fortnite engagement.”
