With Forza Horizon 6 getting closer to launch, it looks like Microsoft is also preparing some limited edition themed accessories to go with it. This is not surprising, given how the company usually ties its major releases to custom hardware to build more hype and excitement.
This information comes from the ever-reliable billbil-kun, who said that Xbox is preparing two new limited edition accessories themed around Forza Horizon 6, including a wireless controller and a wireless headset. It’s also worth noting that this would be only the second limited-edition first-party headset released for this console generation, following the Starfield edition released in 2023.

The upcoming accessories are expected to feature a unique color scheme inspired by the game’s Japanese setting. The controller is reportedly priced at $89.99 / £84.99 / €89.99, which reflects a $10 increase compared to previous limited-edition controllers, such as the DOOM: The Dark Ages edition. Meanwhile, the headset is priced at $134.99 / £124.99 / €134.99.
Although these products have not yet been officially announced by Microsoft, they are expected to be available through the Microsoft Store and authorized retailers. Both accessories are also expected to launch on May 19, the same day Forza Horizon 6 releases on Xbox Series X|S and PC.
The game itself will be available day one on Game Pass, while Premium Edition owners can start playing four days early on May 15. It will feature a highly detailed recreation of Japan and launch with over 550 cars, with its version of Tokyo being the largest urban environment ever created for the franchise, approximately five times larger than Forza Horizon 5’s Guanajuato.
For now, there are still no images or design details, as the leak only covers the products’ pricing and release timing. Still, considering billbil-kun’s strong history of accurate leaks, it is only a matter of time before Microsoft officially announces them.
