Thunder Lotus Games are known for some impressive titles in their catalogue, from Jotun to Spiritfarer. Back in March 2025, their latest release 33 Immortals began its Early Access run, which was exclusive to Xbox Series X/S, Xbox for Windows and Epic Games Store. Now though, the studio has confirmed that 33 Immortals is coming to Steam in summer this year. Alongside the announcement, we’ve got a brand new Steam trailer which you can click right here to see.
The 33-player co-op action-roguelike will arrive on Steam with its latest content update and all previous improvements made to the game across its five major updates since it began its Early Access journey. The full 1.0 release is also expected to launch this year, but it’s not expected to be in time for the Steam launch, instead likely happening sometime later in the second half of the year.

For those unfamiliar with 33 Immortals before now, players take on the role of a soul that’s fighting back against a cruel God’s judgement. It’s a roguelike challenge that pushes players to fight through Hell, Purgatory and Heaven, with 33-player cooperative fights against waves of monsters and bosses that provide permanent upgrades for those with the strength to fight against fate.
Speaking on the Steam release, creative director Stephan Logier says it’s “an important milestone” for the studio, reflecting how 33 Immortals has “grown a lot through our first five updates”. We’re looking forward to seeing how far 33 Immortals goes in the lead up to its full launch later this year, and you can view the game for yourself on Steam here.
