It’s the middle of May, and it’s time for some more games! Microsoft just dropped their mid-month Game Pass update to power us through the rest of what May has to offer, and they’re once again offering some lovely releases. Before we dive into what’s new, it has to be mentioned that Forza Horizon 6 is available right now on Game Pass along with a bunch of other games we shared in our last update.
Moving on to what’s new though, we’ve got two big RPG additions to finish out May. First up is Remnant II, which is coming to the Premium, Ultimate and PC tiers of Game Pass on May 20. Either solo or with up to three players, this Souls-inspired RPG takes on a third-person shooter angle, with the mixed ranged/melee combat pitting players against monsters and bosses through branching quest lines, different narratives across worlds and plenty to explore and discover.
If you’re looking for something a bit more lighthearted, then The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition drops on May 27 for Game Pass Premium, Ultimate and PC. This RPG from Obsidian Entertainment lets players explore different planets and make key choices to expand their story, change their ending and build relationships with their companions, in this silly yet expansive space adventure. The Spacer’s Choice Edition includes better graphics, improved performance, a higher level cap and more.

- Crashout Crew (May 28) – Ultimate and PC
- Kabuto Park (May 28) – Premium, Ultimate and PC
- Final Fantasy VI (June 2) – Premium, Ultimate and PC
- Jurassic World Evolution 3 (June 2) – Premium, Ultimate and PC
