Dave The Diver: In The Jungle DLC Releases June 18, And New Physical Editions Are Coming

The much-beloved fishing simulator and sushi restaurant management hybrid Dave the Diver just had the release date confirmed for its upcoming In the Jungle DLC. Coming June 18, Dave and all of his immediately iconic friends will be making their way to a new jungle village, which has an entirely new freshwater biome, more minigames, characters and more. A full trailer teasing plenty of this new content was released alongside the release date reveal, which we’ll share below.

The jungle from the whacky world of Dave the Diver couldn’t have had a better introduction, with the new trailer infusing the game’s ridiculous sense of humor with more glimpses at all the new additions. These include a playable shooting range minigame, the jungle restaurant with a bold new layout from our familiar sushi line, and a few peeks at strange new creatures in between some wildly out of context cutscene previews. Check the trailer out yourself here.

If you’re hungry for more Dave the Diver, or have yet to even try it out, there will be a new physical boxed copy of the game coming to PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2, which includes all previously released DLC. In total, that’s four content packs added onto the base game, with the Dredge collaboration, Godzilla update, Ichiban’s Holiday expansion and the upcoming original In the Jungle DLC.

For those who still want more then there’s a Collector’s Edition coming too. It costs a higher price point and, of course, comes with extra goodies. The box set includes the physical game, an acrylic keyring, four postcards, four pins, a dolphin necklace, two Marinca cards, a sushi store acrylic standee and a poster. Pre-orders are live now from the Silver Lining Direct store.

Whilst the In the Jungle DLC will be releasing this summer on June 18, there’s still a while longer to wait for the physical versions of Dave the Diver. Both the standard boxed game and the Collector’s Edition both have an estimated Q3 2026 launch, meaning it’ll be a few months extra wait for those looking to dive into Dave’s latest offerings on a disc or catridge.
