Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds continues to add new faces to its already large roster of racers. Previously, Sega added characters from its franchises, as well as other outsiders, such as Mega Man and SpongeBob SquarePants. This list of guest characters will keep growing thanks to the latest DLC arrivals, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. This Pack includes the whole gang: Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo.
This DLC comes accompanied by some other additions, such as the New York City Course, the Pizzafire Van Vehicle, new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles-inspired music, and new emotes. The in-game online festival celebrating these new arrivals will take place from July 30 to August 2. CrossWorlds releases DLCs in a Yearly Season Pass system, so next on the list for DLCs is Aang and Katara from Avatar: The Last Airbender, releasing next October.
The Season Pass is available for $29.99, but players can get the DLC individually for $5.99. However, players who don’t own the new DLC courses are still able to play them in the online modes. In addition to DLC characters, CrossWorlds also releases free individual characters like Goro Majima and the latest one, Classic Sonic. Next on the free list is Axel from Crazy Taxi, coming this August.
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds and its DLCs are available on all platforms, including PlayStation 4|5, Xbox Series X|S|One, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2. For more Sonic coverage, stay tuned to GameObserver.
